Daphne Moench, Associate Partner
Over the past 12 years, Daphne has worked internationally in the area of organizational change. Most recently she was head of organizational planning and development for Kerzner International in New York, a developer and operator of luxury destination resorts and hotels. Prior to that, she worked five years for Accenture in London; as part of the change management group, she developed and implemented business strategies, organizational change programs and technology infrastructures to support businesses in the media, IT, leisure and energy sectors. Daphne holds a bachelor degree in European Studies from the University of London (and ICU of Tokyo) and completed her MBA at Columbia Business School in New York. At Resonance, Daphne supports clients as they develop vision and formulate strategy, oversees organizational change service offerings and heads up vision seeding programs.
