Raffles, the legendary hotel marque from Singapore, is now Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Seeking to expand their footprint worldwide, Raffles is applying their brand to new development projects in St. Lucia, the British Virgin Islands, Bali, Seychelles and Vietnam to name a few. Resonance created a communications framework to describe each of the differing Raffles branded residential products and created Brand Marketing Guidelines as to how developers and their creative partners may market the properties.
