The average age of a credit union member is now 47 years old, making it imperative for credit unions to build connections with the youth market in order to remain sustainable over the long term. Resonance lead Members United Corporate Federal Corporate Credit Union in the envisioning and branding of a new suite of youth-oriented products and services, the organization's first. Our research indicated that youth markets are eager to learn more about money, but not through traditional media and not in traditional ways – they don't want to understand financial products and services per se, but seek answers to their need-based questions: how do I buy a car, go to college and find a job? Resonance developed the name “Modoh”, the Brand Blueprint and brand identity for this new suite of youth-oriented financial services.
